What a difference a day makes!

Grammie Sandy stayed at our house with Jackson today to make sure he didn't get worse and she said he didn't have fever all day. WOO HOO! So we decided to take him out to dinner with us at Chili's. We had a great dinner and we enjoyed great conversation. Jackson was an angel...he was smiling and wanted to play with the kids sitting behind us. I have to admit, we have a great baby! I keep telling myself that every night. We are truly blessed and I am so thankful for Grammie and I am so glad Jackson is on the mend! Here's a picture of JACkson watching all the people walk by the restaraunt while we were waiting on our table.

Groundhog's Day!

When it rains, it pours...and I feel like it's Groundhog's Day! I feel like we keep waking up in the same day where I take Jackson to daycare, I go to work and then by Friday he's sick. It's like it repeats itself over and over again. This time Jackson had 104 fever so Brandon took the day off to take Jackson to the doctor. Thank goodness for Grammie because she took the day off on Friday to take care of Jackson. Gigi wanted to watch him but she was sick herself. I hope the germs don't keep spreading! They ran blood work to make sure he just has a virus. We'll get the blood work back on Monday. Say prayers for us!
Look at my pitiful sick angel!

Uncle Jason with the Boys!

We went to Uncle Jason and Aunt Alli's house to hang out one night and the boys had so much fun just chilling out together. We were loving on little Ella when we looked down and saw Jackson just laying on Jeter and drinking his bottle. It was priceless! Alli always says we need to trade dogs for a little while becausde Griffin and Parker have so much fun together and JAckson and Jeter have so much fun! Love these pictures of the boys!

Spring Break 2011

It was the most amazing feeling to wake up to Jackson's little babbling in his crib every morning. What was even better than that...was knowing I was going to be with him all day long for the next week. I enjoyed every second I had with Jackson and we did many fun things over Spring Break 2011! We took some pictures of Jackson in the Azalea's at the Houstonian. We went to Aunt Holly and Uncle Paul's ranch in Streetman, TX where Papa J let Jackson drive the Tahoe. :) We went to the lake house and enjoyed family time with Gigi, Papa J, Jason, Alli, Griffin and Ella. Jackson and Griffin played in the pool on the patio and both nights we went to he park in Lakeway so the boys could play. They had a blast! Jackson also got on the boat for the first time since he was a baby. He did great with his life jacket on him. In fact, before we were out of the no wake zone Jackson was asleep in my arms. He's such a good little boy! Here's a some pictures of our travels and activities, enjoy!

Dinner with Grammie and Grandpa!

Sandra and Darcy came over tonight and we all went out to eat. We have a great little mexican food restaraunt less than a mile from our house, La Finca. Jackson loved spending time with his grandparents tonight. We wish Uncle Brent and Tiffany were closer so they could join us for family dinners. Here's a few of my favorite pictures:

Life's Little Pleaseures...

Jackson has now reached the "big boy" status. He has officially outgrown his "bucket" car seat. There are pros and cons to this. Basically, the bucket was nice because I could take him inside stores, restaurants, etc. in the bucket. Well, now, he has to go without a car seat. However, this does mean he is officially growing up right before my eyes. This is a bitter-sweet day for mommy and daddy! Enjoy a video I took of Jackson this afternoon. He thinks it is absolutely hilarious that I can turn around and he can now see me. The entire car ride to the babysitters house in the mornings consist of belly laughing and slobbery smiles and I love every second of it!
